Step 3: Function Analysis
On the basis of structure analysis, analyze the function, requirements, product characteristics and process characteristics of structural elements, and fill in the specific attributes of each element (such as classification, specification, etc.). The function matrix is used to establish the correlation of functions, requirements, product characteristics and process characteristics at all levels. The function network can intuitively display the correlation of functions at all levels.
Step 4: Failure Analysis
On the basis of function analysis, FMEA Hunter can quickly establish failure and failure chain, and identify potential failure effects, failure modes and failure causes of functions.
Step 5: Risk Analysis
