Data Model For New Edition FMEA
The software fully meets the multi-dimensional data model of the new edition of FMEA, and corresponds to it in operation. It adopts a three-level model (upper level element, focus element, and lower level element).
The hierarchical relationship of data is shown as structure linked function, function linked failure, failure linked action group and action.
The horizontal relationship of data is shown in the structure hierarchy, namely, the upper level structure, the focus structure, and the lower level structure. The corresponding functions under these three levels of structure form a function network, and the corresponding failures form a failure network. That is to say, the failure under the upper structure is the failure effect, the failure under the structure is the failure mode, and the failure under the lower structure is the failure cause. Then, the failure chain is evaluated by SOD, and the AP value is obtained, so as to take actions to reduce the risk of high-risk failure.
